Pricing

Pricing for a Yard Card is $95 plus tax and includes your greeting and up to 10 graphics for our primary service area. If you are outside of our primary service area, please contact us for pricing.

Payments can be made through Paypal (No PayPal Account required, all major credit and debit cards will be accepted) or Zelle. You will be emailed an invoice with instructions for each option. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice to secure your reservation.

Rental and Reservation Policies

  1. Your payment is due upon receipt of your invoice to secure you reservation.
  2. Any items that are missing or damaged are your responsibility.  You will be invoiced at a rate of $20 per item.
  3. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display.  Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it.  Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.
  4. Please treat the yard card with respect and do not move it.
  5. Please do not throw the yard card items in the garbage or vandalize the sign.  It is best to notify the honoree not to harm the display in any way as it is the purchaser that is responsible for any loss or damage.
  6. Please protect the yard card items from any damage that may be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, weed eaters, dogs, etc.
  7. Please do not attach balloons to any part of our display as they can get hot in the sun and cause damage to the items.
  8. Please be sure that any lawn services are not scheduled while the yard card is on display.  Please cancel them or be sure they do their work before the display is delivered.
  9. We love your pictures with your yard card and encourage them.  However, please do not pull the letters or graphics from the ground.
  10. Yards with Cards (BTSP LLC) and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set up or removal of any rental or while they are in the yard.
  11. If possible, in dry conditions, please have the yard watered the day before the yard card is to be placed. This will ensure the best possible presentation for you or your loved one.

Refund Policy

  1. If you must cancel your reservation, the following applies
    1. Reservations that are more than one week out will get a full refund
    1. Reservations that are within one week out can choose between a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future yard card based on availability.
  2. If we are not able to set up your yard card due to inclement weather, a full refund will be given.  Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our yard card in harm’s way.
  3. No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.
  4. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.
  5. Not refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
  6. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.
  7. No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the yard card that are out of our control.

By booking/placing your Yards With Cards order, you agree to all policies stated above.
